The Department of Anthropology, Stony Brook University invites
applications for a position at the Assistant Professor level
(tenure
track), starting September, 2004. We are seeking a specialist in
the
transition from foraging to farming in the Near East with a
specialization in zooarchaeology and an ecological research
orientation. The successful candidate should have a strong record
of
publication, field and laboratory research and a PhD in hand no
later
