Two free workshops on the use of video in FHE.
Following the success of the four workshops already organised - the remaining one at Warwick, Feb 11, is oversubscribed - two new workshops have been arranged - one in Wales and one in Scotland.
Friday March 7: Wales and borders
This workshop will be unique in the series in using videoconferencing to spread access across Wales, using the Welsh Videoconferencing Network, set up with EU funding under JISC supervision. Two active centres have been arranged:
Swansea College (18 seat plus two wheelschair users) in the south and Coleg Llandrillo (14 seat) in the north. The workshop will be conducted from Swansea. A number of passive videoconference centres in the Welsh Networkare also being organised - ie delegates at these centres will be able to watch and listen, but not interact. For information on the videoconferencing arrangements, please contact Angelo Conti - [log in to unmask] But to reserve a place, please contact the University of Gloucester, stating Swansea or Llandrillo.
