I have just discovered (in the process of trying to access an article from the current issue of Postgraduate Medical Journal online using my NeLH ATHENS account) that there is a six-month embargo on the content of BMJ Publishing titles listed as available on the National Core Content, meaning that, e.g., material published this month will not be accessible online until September. Scott Gibbens, the national project manager, rang me himself this morning after I had reported the matter to one of the ATHENS administration staff at NHSIA. Was anyone else aware of this? There is no indication on ProQuest of this restriction. I suspect we are going to end up dealing with queries from a lot of unhappy punters....
