Hi - yes, for some reason sometimes the text output by FAST doesn't all
appear - I think it's because it uses a mixture of printf and cout! The
safest way to get the volumes is to turn on the PVE output images and use
avwstats to get the volumes from these. The latest version of FAST is
supposed to always output pve_0 1 and 2 with the same class associations -
you can easily work out which is which by viewing each. The kind of
command line call to avwstats is like that used in sienax:
avwstats struc_brain_pve_0 -m -v | awk '{print "2 k " $1 " " $3 " * p" }' | dc -
(the above should all be a single line).
