There is a very usefull book, although in dutch, with the title
"clinical-chemical referencevalues during pregnancy" (translated from
dutch). A wide range of laboratory parameters are described during
pregnancy
ranging from hematology through vitamins to hormones. (B12, folate and
rc
folate are included). Although it's written in dutch it is still very
international.
