At last some evidence-based clinical biochemistry! Level 1b no less.
The link is from today's BMJ indicating an evidence-based range of 0.5 - 0.8
ng/ml as optimum for men with heart failure. (Only men seem to benefit from
this drug for this indication: most patients on digoxin have it for atrial
fibrillation). We should now be considering how to incorporate this
information in our reports.
