Is free/total PSA an independant predictor of prostate malignancy? We had a
57 year old patient with a total PSA of 2.0 and a %free/total ratio of 4%
(RR>17%). Is this %f/t predictive of malignancy even when the total PSA is
in the normal range?
My opinion is that it is. Does anyone have any other views?
