Dear All,
Again....
Regarding my patient that his Serum at 65 oC become
like a gel.
The patient clinical history: ischaemic heart disease,
renal problem, chronic anaemia for unknown reason.
Abnormal Laboratory results:
1- ALP 1202 U/l (mainly bone origin 82%)
2- Urine protein 0.08 g/l
3- Creatinine clearance 35ml/Min
4- Hb 8 gm/l
5- Alb 30 g/l
6- Total serum protein 65 g/l (normal low)
All other investigations are normal like; serum and
urine electrophoresis, IGs (IgG normal high), C3, C4,
all other chemistry and haematology.
Nothing was found...
Any other suggestions
