Could it be Reagh Island in Strangford Lough, Co. Down? This seems unlikely,

Subject: The Ile of Rea
I am currently learning to play a tune with a curious title: the Ile of Rea.
It is from Kenneth Elliot: Early Scottish keyboard music, 1967, no. 13.
But where is the Isle? Is it a mythical place, or linked to Ra from ancient
Egypt? The isle off western France sounds unlikely. Any ideas?
