Subject: Re: Pilates Core Training Myths
While we're on the subject, can anyone point me towards any evidence of
clinical effectiveness of core stability techniques in Women's Health work,
particularly continence? I mean, do patients' symptoms actually get better?
Or is this still really a theoretical model?
Thanks,
