With Pete's comments taken care of, I'm very happy with that document. Two
minor points:
- Two or three lines in the section on repeated values on the fact that
one cannot be sure that the order that the elements appear in the document
will be preserved in search engines.
- The canonical reference to the encoding of name space URLs in general is
http://www.w3.org/Search/9605-Indexing-Workshop/ReportOutcomes/S6Group2.html
I think that this is worth mentioning, since it isn't anything we've
invented ourselves (in spite of the fact that this paper is edited by
Stu).
