We find we are dealing with increasing numbers of enquiries from
individuals, asylum seekers et al, with little or no English. Experience
suggests that basic information in various languages is required,
particularly on library membership and Internet use.
Does anyone out there have a simple means of communicating this? We cannot
hope to produce leaflets in all the languages involved; our in-house
translation service is of limited use and we haven't found an on-line
service that fits our requirements.
