Good morning
Another query from Staffordshire - but not in such a rush!
We have a library in a perfect site in the middle of the main shopping area
of a small market town - BUT, it is too small and cannot be enlarged.
Public opinion is strongly against us moving to another site.
We have the opportunity to put some of the library in a joint-use building
with the local council, just up the road - a one-stop-shop!
Does anyone have experience of running a public library on a split site?
How do you decide what sort of stock/computers should be in each building?
Do you find it causes problems and if so, how do you deal with them?
Any information gratefully received. I will post replies to the list.
Best wishes
Viv Watkins.
