Tony:
Just a quick check on only one item: the Texas Map Society's publication is
'The Neatline' (i.e. with definite article - as you rightly have for 'The
Portolan'). I take this from my personal copy of vol. 4 no. 1 (Summer 2001)
which has 'come to hand' (like several other things in changing 'offices'
and 'clearing up' of late).
