definitions below:
EB OT
Client-centred enablement of occupation based on client information and
a critical review of relevant research, expert consensus and past
experience (CAOT, ACOTUP, ACOTRO, & PAC, 1999)
EBM slightly redefined
The conscientious, explicit and judicious use of current best evidence
in making decisions about the care of individual patients, based on
skills which allow the doctor to evaluate both personal experience and
external evidence in a systematic and objective manner (Sackett et al,
1996: 71, cited in Trinder & Reynolds, 2000)

I also have a definition for EB nursing (but I can't find it at the
moment) - the redefinition of EBM is interesting, because I can't
actually locate the quote as cited in Sackett et al!
