PRODUCING AND EDITING A NEWSLETTER

your library or information service. This workshop looks at what you can do
to maximise the impact of your newsletter.

their target audience
* considered the image and identity of their newsletter

newsletter
* discovered how to write or recognise interesting and exciting features
