They may be defined in the RDF Schema at that URL (or the one to which
that URL presently redirects), but I'm not sure that "note" and
"release" are terms defined/described in any of the DCMI
Recommendations, are they?
i.e. as far as I can see, they aren't described in:
http://dublincore.org/documents/2000/07/11/dcmes-qualifiers/
I thought the only subsequent additions to the terms namespace were
"audience" and "mediator"? I think the presence of "note" and "release"
in the RDF Schema _may_ be the legacy of an early draft of the
Qualifiers document, but I don't think they should be "in the current
terms namespace"? Is "classification" another such culprit?
I think this perhaps illustrates Rachel's point about controlling the
content of the RDF Schemas indexed by the registry - and that is equally
vital whether they are static text files edited "by hand" or files
generated from a database.
