Can I suggest the chairs translate the above into something along the
following, specifically grounding these discussions in terms of functional
requirements.
Proposal: Maintaining state/session awareness if a functional requirement
of a registry system
My personal view answer to this is: no, but this can be viewed as a value
added layer certain registry systems might provide.
