Dear All,
I apologise in advance for using ZOOARCH to circulate information
about the ICAZ 2002 conference, but I guess that many people on this
list are interested in the details of conference, if not please use
the delete button and accept my apologies!
We would like to stress two points:
The first is that we would like to discourage the practice of sending
papers to be read by others when the authors cannot make the
conference. When we fill the (not many) remaining slots in the
various sessions we would like to give priority to people who are
actually planning to come to Durham. However, if you cannot come you
can certailny send us a poster.
The second point concerns the maximum number of papers that can be
given by a delegate. You can find details of this at:
http://www.dur.ac.uk/icaz.2002/submission.html, but I am also
reporting them here.
"The number of papers given by a single individual will be limited to
two (this includes introductory or summing-up papers). If at least one
of the papers is co-authored, this limit can be increased to three.
The number of papers given by a single individual in the same session
will be limited to one (this includes introductory or summing-up
papers). If at least one of the papers is co-authored, this limit can
be increased to two".
Thank you for your attention.
Cheers,
Umberto
PS for Heather Leapham: Heather if you could pass this message to the
ICAZ members that would be great as quite a few of them are probably
not on ZOOARCH. Thank you.
