Well it depends on the point of view:
- if you're a salesman: no difference, my product does it all!
- if you're a teacher/lecturer/tutor: content is not the most important
aspect of teaching and learning!
- if you're a manager scared of becoming obsolete: I better take
one on board fast! It does not really matter which!
- if you're an academic: all these terms have specific meanings
which are quite distinguishable.
Conclusion, you need to see who you are talking too.
