Have you tries your local library or the British library?
There is also a data base/ archive called Lexis Nexis or something similar
that unis often have access to.
Hope this helps

Subject: Copies of the Sunday Express from 31st March
Does anyone outside of london have copies of the Sunday Express from 31st
March? I am trying to get a copy or copies of the paper but the first
edition only as the article required was not in the later edition that was
filled with the death of the Queen Mother (this is the edition that would
have been seen by most in London and the South East). I have checked with
Express back issues but they only retain last editions. Many many thanks to
anyone who may be able to help - Sallie
