Thanks, Alison. Yes, it's a bit odd. A major chunk of me gone. Oh well, I
just shed it, I suppose, there being no choice.
We were part way through a number of things... And he was one of the few to
whom I could speak face to face about several areas of visual poetry
& he retained a sharp interest in all manner of poetries - had been looking
forward to being at sub voicive poetry when you appear, for instance
I suppose his going was quite stylish. I'm grateful to you for that.
Ferociously energetic, too; except for the actual mechanics which were
peaceful as I said - but printing a book the day before, gigging the day
before that, and giving instructions as to unfinished book's cover even as
he passed over responsibility for it!
