You could try Kevin Crossley-Holland, _The Anglo-Saxon World_ (Oxford
World's Classics paperback) -- this has verse translations of all the texts
you mention. I like his versions -- straightforward. Some of his work is
on the web, and a google would get you some to give you an idea of what his
versions are like.
Edwin Morgan translated "The Wanderer" and "The Seafarer" (included in his
_Collected Translations_ [Carcanet]).
You can get the whole gubbins, in prose, in S.A.J.Bradley, _Anglo-Saxon
Poetry_ (Everyman Paperback).
