Karen:
I used the one minute time frame as an example of Web Site-Watcher's
flexibility.
Of course running it once a minute might cause potential DOS issues but
it's is really a waste of time. The service can run automatically at ANY
interval you choose or whenever you select to start the service.
When I'm compiling The Virtual Acquisition Shelf and News Desk
I have it run several times a day.
