Subject: CSA User Day at ONLINE 2002
Dear Colleague
If you are planning to attend the Online Information 2002 meeting in
London, we would like to invite you to join CSA (Cambridge Scientific
Abstracts) for our annual User Group meeting and lunch.
The sessions and lunch will take place on Wednesday, December 4th in
the Battersea Room at the Hilton National London Olympia (380
Kensington High Street) in the which is situated a few hundred metres
from Olympia itself.
Last year we introduced a new interactive segment to the CSA User Day
which is your chance to discuss among yourselves your experiences,
problems and unique solution to issues facing libraries worldwide.
This year our theme will be <LEFT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK>Managing and Marketing Electronic
Resources in Libraries<RIGHT DOUBLE QUOTATION MARK> and we want to hear from you how you handle
these issues.
The program for the day starts with you and is as follows:
10.30 - 12.00 User Meeting
Theme: Managing and Marketing Electronic Resources
Attendees tell CSA staff their problems in managing Electronic
resources and how they promote these services to their clients.
Followed by CSA Announcements:
New IDS Educational Training Programme
IDS Version 6.0 Updates
New databases available on IDS
12.00 - 13.00 Lunch
13.00 - 14.00 SAGE Presentation
SAGE Full-text Collections
14.10 - 15.10 RefWorks Presentation
