Flexible, mobile, virtual: new ways of working - the information
challenge
Location: London
Seminar date: 6th November 2002
Fee: £225.00 + VAT (£264.38)
Underpinning new ways of working is a managed and reliable flow of

necessarily members of stable work groups, will be the challenge that
will face many information and knowledge specialists. This seminar
will explore the environment that is driving the move towards new
working models and the implications of these changes on the management
of information and knowledge.

Associates; Roger James, Napp Pharmaceuticals; Tracey Beverly, RTRC;
Case studies from: Xerox Global Services, NHS Information Authority,
Surrey Police
