Couldn't agree more with the general finding that OS upgrades and UNIX configuring
only need accasional action (other than standard maintenance covered by contract),
usually as notified by III.
We have no Unix expertise on site and buy in an expert as required (usually via
Compaq). Anne Turner's remark about in house IT expertise is significant...OS
upgrades are very much an experts job...
