Hi
there is no limitation as such - it appears to be a limitation of tcl on
mac os x. It seems that it
can't allocate enough memory to display all these widgets that allow you
to browse for these files/folders.
If you happen to be lucky enough to have more than 80 lower-level analyses
you can get around this by editing a design.fsf with a text editor
- set up all your high-level analysis inside the Feat GUI with only a few
data sets. Then, instead of
pressing GO, save the design.fsf file and edit this file:
- find the line
set fmri(multiple) XX
and change XX to the desired number of first level analyses
- add the FEAT directories
set feat_files(Number) "Path to FEAT folder"
After you've added all the data, re-start the Feat GUI with this design
file:
Feat_gui design.fsf (on Mac OS X)
and remember not to click on the >Select FEAT directories< button. Now
just complete the setup (i.e. specify the higher-level GLM) as usual and
run your higher-level analysis
hope this helps
