Hi - I suspect that that is because your screen is to small for the max
sizes I set in the GUI; if the GUI is going to go over those max sizes
then it auto-turns on the scrollbar. You can easily reduce these sizes -
for example you can edit fsl/tcl/featlib.tcl and change
set MAXWIDTH 950
set MAXHEIGHT 700
to smaller values - let me know if that doesn't work.
