Paparazzi wasn't a neologism invented by Fellini for ``La Dolce Vita,'' but
merely the same of the photographer who accompanied Mastroianni on his
late-night haunts. The character's name was subsequently picked as a label
for stalking tabloid lensers. It's not even clear that Fellini himself came
up with the character name, since he was collaborating with at least two
other writers in 1958 when developing the script...
