In reply to Mohammad's question about cardiac markers,,
I agree with Paul, AST/CK ratio (<10) and MB/CK ratio (<5 depending on
methods) suggests a non-cardiac source for the CK.
And can I put in a request that at least amongst us laboratory specialists,
when we mention a troponin I result we specify the method?
