The current target cyclosporin concentrations (mg/L) recommended by
Novartis (the drug manufacturer) in the liver transplant population are:
months 0-6 1.0
months 6-12 0.8
months 12+ 0.6
No ranges are stipulated. I have no information on the microgenics assay
for this indication but I would anticipate that the target concentrations
might be in the order of 5% higher than those quoted by Novartis if the
CEDIA is used for monitoring. I somehow doubt whether this is of any
clinical significance.
