For those of us who still include AST in a 'liver profile', it's worth
noting that, like GGT and AlP, AST can also be a bit higher in neonates:
Day 1-7: 30-100 (M), 24-95 (F)
Day 8-30: 20-70 (M), 24-72 (F)
