Jonathan - thanks for the BMJ feed.
As you might imagine from our previous discussions on the board, I am
seriously concerned that there is no mention of timing of the troponin
measurement. To report a single untimed value of 0.4 ng/ml is in my view
misguided if not misleading.#
Did I recognise the establishment from which the paper was published ?
Do they not use SI units ?
Have they seen your new chest pain protocol ?
Yours with cynical tongue still firmly in cheek
