Password abuse seems to be very common - we know it
goes on here.
Fiona's comment implies what a lot of us find - that some
users do not see the importance of training and assume
that they don't need it. Chris is right that making it a
disciplinary offence is likely to be effective, but I think the
only way to change the whole attitude is by education - a
slow process.
