Our Dermatologist has asked me to measure urinary creatine (not creatinine)
on a female patient with dermatomyositis, as it is supposed to be the best
marker, and she was aware that it was available in London and Oxford, and
no, she did not get creatine and creatinine muddled up. It does not make
sense to me, but am I missing something?
