I would guess that the SR want to assess compliance
with taking antipsychotic medication which is not an
absolute indication for measuring drug levels. Drug
interaction at therapeutic doses should not result in
toxic levels with the use of these drugs. I would not
usually authorise such requests, but this is not an
expert opinion.
