Hi Folks,
Does anyone have a protocol available for the addition of Intralipid to
samples to mimic the effects of triglycerides in photometric tests? I want
to check out the interference in an HDL-Chol assay but Intralipid appears to
have (potentially) some free glycerol in the preparation.
