For the younger members of the congregation, the Technicon Method above
was almost certainly Endpoint Jaffe. We were certainly using Jaffe then
on Technicon equipment and continuous flow was only really capable of
Endpoint or perhaps "Timed single measurement" if the delay coil was a
bit short.
