You may be referring to the joint British Cardiac Society / Royal College
of Physicians guidelines for management of patients with acute coronary
syndrome. I think this was published in Heart about June 2000 but don't have
the reference. However, a slide kit is available on the BCS website at
http://www.bcs.com/publications/publications.html
There are some elements of confusion in the cut-offs they quote for Trop T.
