51 year old male on Proscar for "loss of hair" at 2.5 mg alt days (half
recommended dosage for treatment of benign hyperplasia)
His TPSA is marginal at 4.1, but has a low ratio of 7.2, which we would
consider suggestive of prostatic cancer. However, could the treatment be
affecting the TPSA and the ratio?
