According to the information we have on SureStep screening tests, there
are two versions of either multi drug screening cards or single pipette
tests, with different cut off values for morphine, 2000ng/mL and 300
ng/mL. (We are currently evaluating the 300 ng/mL version of the
multi-screen card and single test along with another 14 POCT devices for
screening for DOA, for a the MDA, but we are not yet able to provide
data.) It would be useful to know the product number for the test that
your obstetric department are using.
