Dear colleagues,
Many, many thanks to all of you who have taken the time to respond to this
appeal.
Once again, the power of this communication method has been demonstrated.
We have references, ISBN numbers, publisher's details, tapes and in some
cases, the very generous offer of a loan.
I am going to forward these replies to my colleague Georgina Lavender, so
that she can respond to individuals.
As there are clearly a number of people out there "of a certain age" who may
also be interested, I will collate the publication information and circulate
it on the mailbase for future reference.
Best wishes,
Chris
