I passed Dr Cowley's e-mail onto our CIRS (Chemical Incident Response
Service) based here at the Medical Toxicology Unit, the reply is as
follows:-
The best place for them to start would be the Public Health Laboratory
Service website www.phls.org.uk under the deliberate release section. The
guidelines were developed collaboratively across the UK, it is obviously
very UK centric but does have suggestions on appropriate laboratory
analysis.
If you want any further information on the guidelines you can contact CIRS
directly.
