Hi,
We have a small matlab routine that is able to interpret the
Mosaic/DICOM directories
that are archived using the CD writer on the scanner console.
It outputs images in Analyze format which is what you want. I'll check
with the guy
who wrote it, whether I'm at liberty to redistribute the code -
shouldn't be a problem
though. Currently it creates 4D data files from FMRI data which are
suitable for
FSL. It sounds like SPM has it's own converter for creating 3D time
series data.
