Dear Mr. Lee, Your email to Robin Phillips got cross mailed to me. I am
currently completing my Master in Urban and Building Conservation thesis,
which is a history and analysis of inventories of post-1700 Irish
architecture. One of the principle topics within my thesis is an
examination of the lack of knowledge, communication and co-operation that
exists between the different inventories organisations in Ireland and
therefore I would be very interested to find out more about HELPS, as a
similar remedy could be adopted in Ireland. Do you think that it would be
possible for you to also put me in touch with Martin Newman. Yours
sincerely, Emmeline Henderson (Address: "Tenerife", Glenalua Road, Killiney,
Co. Dublin, Rep. of Ireland. Tel/fax: 00 353 (0)1 2350580)
