From Japanese film, there are many possibilities:
Ani imoto (Older Brother, Younger Sister)
There are three film versions of the Muro Saisei novel, forcusing on the
conflicts between an elder brother and his sister, one from 1936 directed
by Kimura Sotoji, another from 1953 by Naruse Mikio, and finally one from
1973 directed by Imai Tadashi.
There's Ozu's Brothers and Sisters of the Toda Family (1947) and Aoyama
Shinji's Eureka (2000) features the very close relationship between the
twin brother and sister.
There are a number of films treading on (potentially) incestuous
relations between brothers and sisters. One respondent mentioned Suzaku
(though the two there are really cousins, even if they have been raised
as brother and sister), and another example is Ichikawa Jun's Tokyo
kyodai (Tokyo Brother and Sister, 1994). This has also been a popular
theme of Japanese soft-porn (pink) cinema. Suo Masayuki's Hentai kazoku
aniki no yome-san (The Abnormal Family) touches on that, but as an Ozu
parody/homage, it focuses more on the incestuous relation between the
father and the daughter-in-law.
