THis would depend entirely on the particular compiler in question
(which you didn't mention). Not all compilers necessarily have such
an option. If they do, the exact commands lines would vary.
I suggest looking in the compiler documentation. Every f90 compiler
I've seen comes with documentation of its command line switches. (If
you found that documentation, but can't find anything about long
source lines in it, odds are that the compiler doesn't support such a
thing). Otherwise, you'll need to at least mention what compiler you
are using.
P.S. Editing files like that is pretty annoying in most environments.
I'm therefore guessing that perhaps you are talking about code written
by another program instead of directly by a human and an editor. It
shouldn't be too hard to modify any code-producing program to generate
free source form continuations. I'd recommend that approach instead
of searching for nonstandard long lines extensions. Otherwise, you
are going to end up with code that is not portable and is a pain to
edit.
