I've had an enquiry from a consultant who is interested in being able to measure D-lactate in patients with ischaemic bowel etc. In theory we could set up a GC-MS method but before i put any time and effort in to this is anybody out there already measuring it? I couldn't find anything on AssayFinder.
Thanks,
Claire Hart
