I think your assumption is rock solid. I was going to get back to you with
just such a suggestion based on the same cooperation principle. I do think
though that you might want to use GSGS [Canada] as the series entry so that
no confusion occurs in the minds of library researchers. Dubreil's entries
show that a small number of sheets in the 1 mile series may actually have
indicated "GSGS Canada" as publisher.
